Gala Time !
BMS-Elec India Inc. unanimously elected (forced) Tarun's house to be the ideal location for spending time together on New Year's eve.
We all had a nice time connecting with the members of the group. Sanjeev, Sarju, Naveen, Madhuri, Janardhan, Sudhir, me and Soujanya and ofcourse Tarun and Rekha spent the first part of the evening enjoying Pakodas and juice.
Later, all of us visited Sudheendra, Meera and Shruthi. It was amazing to see 'Papa' Sudhi handle the baby with such ease as if he was a veteran ! ;-)
By 8 PM, all of us went shopping for food at Indirangar's Wenley Chineese Restaurant and some South Indian snacks for dinner. We returned back to Tarun's house and devoured the food in a jiffy. Sudhir joined us late after his Dance classes.
The ladies watched the Rajanikanth classic 'Chandramukhi' DVD while the men could hardly open thier eyes.
We hit bed by around 1 PM and were woken up by the smell of stong Java. We had some amazing Poori and Chole, Gulab Jamoon and Fruits for breakfast and spent some time gossipping things that were not covered the previous day.
Thanks to Tarun, Rekha and Tarun's folks patience, the house was still in one piece when we dispersed by 11 AM.
All said and done, it was definitely a day to remember.
